Q: What is your standard lead time?
A: Our average lead time is 2-3 weeks however, we offer 2-3 day rush service on many items.
Q: What kind of art do I need?
A: We need Vector Art. An Adobe Illustrator File 10.0 or less in an eps format, with fonts converted to outline is preferred.
Q: I don't have these files, can you create these for me?
A: Yes, we can convert most files for between $29.95 and $49.95 depending on the product.
Q: Can I see a proof before I receive my order?
A: This is usually standard. We can either e-mail or fax it to you. In the case of embroidery, we can request a sew out.
Q: Is it possible to have a representative come in to see me and bring samples so I can narrow down my choice?
A: This is what we normally do. Our representatives are able to come to your place of business and show you our unique items.
Q: What are your minimums?
A: Minimums depend on the product. Usually the less expensive products have higher minimums.
Q: Can a representative help us do a company store?
A: One of our professionals can help you design a custom store for your company. We can warehouse, ship and develop your website store for you.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Yes, we gift wrap and fulfill any orders that you wish (there is a fee for this service).
Q: If I cannot find what I am looking for on your website does that mean it is not available?
A: We have over 600,000 products. Our website does not contain all of these items. You can click on Advanced Search for a larger selection.
Q: Do you handle name brands?
A: We handle most name brands. Cutter & Buck, Ashworth, Gear, Pinq, Izod, Waterford, Coach, Seiko, Sony, Howard Miller, Titleist, Totes and many more.
Q: Can you take me through the order process?
A: When an order is placed with one of our representatives, we will ask you for the artwork of your company's logo. We will then process this
order. A proof is sent to you via fax or e-mail and we await your acceptance. Once is has been accepted, we will send the shipment to your desired
location. Companies that are set up with credit terms will get invoiced. If you have not been pre-approved for credit terms, you will asked for a
deposit prior to the order being executed.
Q: Do you create one of a kind custom products?
A: We can help develop a custom product. Tell us what your concept is and we will come up with an idea for you. The minimums are usually
higher than normal and we need at least 90 days to complete the order.
Q: If we need large quantities how can you reduce our costs?
A: We have factories overseas that can cut your costs as much as 50%.
